6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to our return policy guidelines.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
If your item is marked 'AS NEW' 'UNUSED' you can return the item for a full refund. As per our Returns policy

If your item is NOT marked 'AS NEW' 'UNUSED' 'TESTED' and/or is stated in the description as part or parts missing then a return cannot be accepted if you still wish to return your item then a 50% restocking fee will be payable.

For hygiene reasons some items cannot be returned examples of these are cosmetic products like makeup face masks swim wear and underwear or any intimate product.
