We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Order Acceptance: Your order is not binding until we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payment: Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping: We aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to our return policy guidelines.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
6.1 RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES
If your item is marked 'AS NEW' 'UNUSED' you can return the item for a full refund. As per our Returns policy
If your item is NOT marked 'AS NEW' 'UNUSED' 'TESTED' and/or is stated in the description as part or parts missing then a return cannot be accepted if you still wish to return your item then a 50% restocking fee will be payable.
Returns for hygiene-sensitive & sealed items (UK)
Some items are hygiene-sensitive. For these, your right to cancel and return depends on the item being sealed and the seal remaining intact.
Examples of hygiene-sensitive items

Baby feeding & care products (e.g. bottles, teats, breast-milk storage, nasal aspirators) — sealed only

Cosmetics, fragrances and skincare gift sets — sealed only

Pierced jewellery (earrings, body jewellery) — unopened & hygiene seal intact

Personal-care electricals/attachments that contact skin — seal intact
If the hygiene seal or tamper-evident packaging is removed or broken after delivery, your cancellation right for that item no longer applies, unless the item is faulty.
Change-of-mind window (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have 14 days to send items back.

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof you’ve sent it).

You may handle goods to check them as you would in a shop. If used beyond this, we may deduct for diminished value.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If an item is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund (including hygiene-sensitive items). You have a short-term right to reject within 30 days of delivery if the item is faulty.
Non-returnable (unless faulty)

Perishable items; personalised/engraved goods; digital downloads once accessed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of L.A. TOYS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L.A. TOYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England.
10. How to return
10.1) Tell us you’re returning (within 14 days of delivery)
Use our Contact page / reply to your order email with your Order # and item(s) you’re returning.
10.2) Pack it safely
Use the original packaging where possible and include your Order # inside the parcel.
10.3) Send the parcel
Send to the address below using a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

10.4) Get your refund
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of postage). Refunds go to the original payment method.
Conditions

Items must be in resaleable condition with all parts, accessories and tags.

Hygiene-sensitive/sealed goods must be unopened (see list above), unless returning due to a fault.

We can’t accept returns of personalised items (unless faulty).
